Returns/Refunds Policy

 

If any product or event you purchase from us is not fit for its usual purpose or of acceptable quality (through no fault of your own), or has not produced the desired results from it’s use, we will gladly refund. Individual products and events may have specific requirements to be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the returns/refund policy and Product Specifics section for the individual item you have purchased for full details.

 

What we ask of you:

 

You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase, in the condition as specified for the individual item (Please consider any individual requirements for your specific product or event refer Product Specifics)

 

  1. Please email success@businessmumssolutions.com and provide a statement explaining the reason for the return/request for refund
  2. Once a reply email has been received for your refund/returns request, mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package the original receipt with contact details for identification purposes

 

Product Specifics

 

  • Books must be returned to the author

  • Planner – Must demonstrate sufficient evidence that the planner has been utilized for the 30 day return period to warrant return.

  • Partnering for Profit 2 Day events – Once you have committed to attending the events (by completing an registrations form) you are committed to attending the event. No refunds are provided if you change your mind. You may however transfer your attendance to the next scheduled event. Only one transfer is permitted in 12 months & must be used within 12 months of sign up. In order to be considered for a refund at the event, you must attend for the full first day of the event then speak to a member of The BMS team, in person, after the completion of day one and explain the reasoning for the request for refund. Eligibility for a refund will be considered based on the reasons for request for refund and the participants level of involvement and interaction in the event.

  • All other events – Choose carefully as refunds are not available however a credit or transfer of the tickets to another person/s or the next event may be considered by the BMS Team.

 

Shipping Policy Turnaround

 

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours on standard business days (Mon-Fri 9am- 5pm excluding public holidays).

 

Orders within Australia are expected to arrive between 3-7 business days while international orders may take between 2 and 6 weeks depending on your location.

 

Digital products are deliver for down load within 24 hours.

 

Carriers

 

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: • Australia Post (Domestic and Internationally)

 

Order Tracking

 

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Australia Post will not have tracking numbers.

 

Missing Orders

 

In the event that your order does not arrive after the estimated shipping time has lapsed, please contact The BMS Team at Success@BusinessMumsSolutions.com and provide your order number, name and shipping details and we will lodge and investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation is unable to ascertain the location of the item through no fault of your own, BMS will gladly replace your order and resend a new item on the next available business day after the completion of the investigation.

 

Shipping Rates

 

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. A handling fee may also apply to your order and will be included in the shipping price.

 

Back Orders

 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
